Check-in begins at 3 p.m. and checkout is at 11 a.m. The front desk is open daily from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Arrivals after 11 p.m. require arrangements with the front desk at least 24 hours before arrival.

Standard rooms, including accessible rooms, are $300 weekly or $1,100 prepaid monthly. The two king suites are $325 weekly or $1,200 prepaid monthly. The separate king Jacuzzi room is $450 weekly or $1,500 prepaid monthly. All rates exclude applicable taxes, which are added separately.

Monthly stays may start on any day and renew on the same date the following month. If that date does not exist, renewal falls on the last day of that month.

A $100 security deposit is required. It is refundable after checkout inspection, less applicable documented damage, missing-item, and unpaid incidental charges. It is separate from prepaid room-charge refund rules.

Up to two pets are permitted per room. Pet fees are $25 per pet per night for daily stays, $25 per pet per week for weekly stays, or $50 per pet per month for monthly stays.

Service animals are welcome without pet fees or additional animal deposits. See the guest policies for the complete animal rules.

Coin-operated guest laundry is available with one washer and one dryer. Extended-stay guests are responsible for routine room cleaning; routine in-room housekeeping is not provided.

Used sheets and towels may be exchanged for clean ones twice weekly when the used items are turned in.

On-site guest parking is free.
